Working Parenthood
Done Differently
We help working parents build human skills that strengthen life at home, at work, and everywhere in between.
We help working parents…
Build self-awareness and self-leadership so they can respond with confidence instead of reacting from stress or habit both at home and work.
Strengthen empathy, curiosity, and collaboration within their families and teams so communication improves, conflict decreases, and alignment grows.
Create healthier business and family systems where strong relationships translate into trust, connection, and sustainable growth.

"This workshop named something I have felt for years but never had language for. As a working parent and leader, I often feel like I am failing somewhere. Jill and Dr. Chloe created a space where that complexity was not only acknowledged but truly understood. I left feeling seen, and with practical ways to move forward with more clarity."
"What stood out most was how real the conversation was. This was not about productivity hacks or work-life balance clichés. It helped me think more clearly about the tension between leadership and parenting and how to navigate both with more intention."
"This workshop opened up conversations our team had never been able to have before. People felt safe sharing the real challenges of working while raising families. It created more understanding across our team and changed how we think about supporting working parents."

These workshops challenged me in the best way. I grew my strengths, especially in high-pressure conversations at work and in how I show up at home. Chloe and Jill are empathetic guides and sharp listeners, never buzzwordy or salesy—just honest, clear, and human. I left each session feeling more grounded, confident, and ready to take action.

Because the same human skills show up in both places. The way we give feedback, handle competing priorities, or navigate difficult conversations matters with our teams and with our families. Rather than learning separate tools for each role, we focus on skills that work across contexts. -
ost parenting support focuses on a child’s behavior or a specific family challenge, while leadership training often treats professional skills as separate from personal life. Our approach is different. We focus on core human skills—how we communicate, navigate tension, and make decisions—that apply across both work and home.
-
The workshop is grounded in real situations people face every day —conversations with colleagues, feedback with team members, and moments at home with their families. The focus is on practical human skills people can apply immediately.
-
It’s both—and intentionally so. Traditional programs often separate leadership development from the realities of family life. Our approach focuses on human skills that apply across contexts: giving feedback, navigating competing priorities, and having thoughtful conversations. These skills strengthen leadership at work while also helping people navigate the complexity of parenting.
-
